You will work with SQL and Python, build predictive models, ensure data quality, and present findings to business users. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities in data science within the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, math or a related analytical concentration is required.
• Experience with HR data and related business processes is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with experiments or causal impact evaluation to measure program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with reproducible analytical workflows, version control, model validation, and data quality practices.
• Experience developing reusable statistical models or data products for ongoing business use.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with SQL and Python for data analysis, ML, and visualization.
• Applied experience in strategic workforce planning or people analytics.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Posit or Power BI.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and actionable insights.
• Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with teammates.
