You will work with SQL and Python, use ML techniques, visualize results with Power BI or Posit, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, math or a related analytical field is required.
• Experience in utility, energy, or regulated industry is preferred.
• Experience with HR or sensitive employee data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with SQL and Python for data analysis, ML, and visualization.
• Applied experience in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, or related workforce discipline.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Posit or Power BI.
• Understand key concepts for managing and analyzing large datasets with statistical methods and ML.
• Translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with senior team members and learn from experienced colleagues.
