Your role in our mission

As our People Advisory Specialist, your mission is vital to the day-to-day people operations of high-growth start-ups. You will serve as the primary point of contact and support clients on foundational, compliance, and strategic People Operations.

  • People Advisory
    • Serve as the primary People Operations contact for 15-20 clients, offering expert guidance and support
    • Partner with startup founders to establish strong People Operations foundations
    • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive support
    • Guide on hiring strategies, leveraging compensation data for competitive offers
    • Administer employee engagement surveys and provide insights
    • Support creation and implementation of performance management processes
  • People Foundation
    • Manage employment data and ensure effective system utilization
    • Develop policies supporting scaling clients, ensuring compliance
    • Conduct audits and maintain accurate employment records
    • Assist with benefits administration and compliance advisory services
    • Develop templates and liaise with HRIS providers
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Oversee onboarding processes for clients
    • Support offboarding with documentation and best practices
