Job summary

Navaide is seeking a qualified Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support DC P&R/B&E Division under a Financial Management Support Services contract. The on-site Pentagon-area position will focus on cost estimates, financial requirement analysis, and status reporting for Marine Corps execution, with training delivery across the user community.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of federal financial management experience and strong skills in PBIS, WYPC/CLR, DAI, and ADVANA, plus Jira, Excel, and Power BI

Qualifications

• 6+ years supporting Federal Financial Management
• In-depth knowledge of Navy/Marine Corps financial systems (PBIS, WYPC/CLR, DAI, ADVANA)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and data analytics

Responsibilities

• Support field-level execution monitoring and corrections in financial data.
• Log, triage, and track corrections using a Jira-based queue with documented resolutions.
• Support current-year operational execution and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and deliver DAI end-user training materials and guides.
