The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000, comprehensive benefits, and hybrid work options after 90 days. U.S. work authorization is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• QPA is required.
• QKA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party administration, plan design and retirement accounting for clients.
• Conduct 401K testing, design, accounting, tax and full-cycle TPA services.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax and payroll service segments within the firm.
