Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare retirement benefit payment amounts.
• Process retirement benefit applications.
• Explain retirement benefits and provide benefit estimates.
• Answer high volume of incoming participant calls relating to the Pension Plans.
• Meet with participants to answer questions and communicate with Fund Professionals.
