Job summary

BBSI is seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst to join our Corporate Operations team and support our growing multi‑client, multi‑state 401(k) program. This role reports to the Corporate Operations team and focuses on plan administration, compliance, and data analysis.

Base salary is $82,000–$92,000 annually with an 8% target bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a publicly traded company serving SMBs nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of retirement-plan administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of retirement-plan regulations and compliance.
• Experience with plan documents and required filings, including Form 5500.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and clients with 401(k) questions and technical issues.
• Assist with eligibility, funding, contributions, loans, billing, and plan administration.
• Support compliance reviews, nondiscrimination testing, audits, and required filings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and help maintain plan compliance.
• Review retirement‑plan documents and identify potential issues.
• Analyze and reconcile data using Excel and other systems.
• Assist with plan changes, corrections, Open Enrollment, system testing, and special projects.

Salary: $82,000–$92,000 annually, based on experience, skills, education, geography, and other qualifications. Incentive compensation may also apply.
