Role Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administration experience to join our small team in Crawley. You will work closely with clients, assisting them with confidential and complex pension administration queries. We are committed to internal progression, and ambitious candidates may advance to team leadership or strategic roles.

Core Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Provide administration services to customers according to SLA.
  2. Maintain accurate filing and records, ensuring data integrity.
  3. Process routine and non-routine documentation within procedures.
  4. Resolve customer inquiries, both oral and written, based on knowledge of customer requirements.
  5. Draft non-standard correspondence in response to inquiries.
  6. Input and access customer details and information.
  7. Compile and analyze data, produce reports, schedules, and summaries to update records and resolve queries.
  8. Provide technical guidance to team members.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and service.
  10. Offer on-the-job coaching to colleagues.
  11. Participate in projects and ad-hoc activities as assigned by the Team Leader.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Pensions experience, ideally in Defined Benefit schemes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of quality and timely delivery.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Good IT skills and aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.
