Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a leader to oversee a team responsible for Defined Benefits plan administration in the United States. You will monitor service levels, drive improvements, and lead client service reviews while regularly analyzing client financial performance.

The role includes identifying opportunities to expand revenue beyond scoped work and aligning resources to meet client deliverables. You will also act as the primary escalation contact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years defined benefit related work experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client management experience.
• People management experience.
