We are seeking a qualified Senior Construction Manager to support the Eastern Pennsylvania Region.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Construction Manager on both small and large projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSCE)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
  • Excellent communication skills for establishing and maintaining client relationships, including:
    • Client relationship development and maintenance
    • Marketing for CMI pursuits and proposal development
    • Contract and task management
    • Personnel management and mentoring
    • Team building and training
    • Construction partnering expertise
  • Excellent oral and technical writing skills
  • Proposal writing experience, including technical and task proposals
  • Experience providing construction management services for Pennsylvania clients such as:
    • Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)
    • Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC)
    • Southern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA)
    • Local counties and municipalities
