We are seeking a qualified Senior Construction Manager to support the Eastern Pennsylvania Region.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years as a Construction Manager on both small and large projects
2. Bachelor’s Degree (BSCE)
3. Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certifications
4. Excellent communication skills for client relationship development, marketing, contract management, personnel management, team building, and partnering
5. Strong oral and technical writing skills, including proposal writing
6. Experience with construction management services for Pennsylvania clients such as PennDOT, PTC, SEPTA, and local municipalities
