Job Summary: Provide security as outlined in post orders, establish relationships with customers, law enforcement, and fire departments. Maintain awareness of surroundings, note all activity, and demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service.

Basic Functions:

1. Control entrances and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
2. Patrol buildings and perimeters.
3. Escort materials and personnel.
4. Inspect security and fire exposures.
5. Perform special assignments as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to post in full uniform on time.
• Greeting customers, visitors, and employees politely.
• Staying updated on post orders and general information.
• Patrolling or monitoring fixed posts, reporting suspicious activity, and investigating incidents.
• Monitoring cameras and equipment as per post orders.
• Knowing emergency procedures and responding effectively.
• Completing reports and logs related to security activities.
