Provides inpatient hospital services as required and fulfills all medico-administrative duties associated with membership on each hospital medical staff of which clinician is a member. May participate in a minimum of 50 hours per year of active and high quality teaching or equivalent service. Performs prompt, courteous and competent professional services in accordance with generally accepted professional standards for such services and with the standards established from time to time. Maintains license to practice medicine without restriction or limitation in Pennsylvania or location of affiliates, if applicable.

Qualifications
Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. and be board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Must have or obtain an unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and DEA licensure. 0-1 year of work experience of related experience in a specified medical field.
American Board of Radiology (ABR) eligibility; Completion of fellowship training in pediatric radiology or equivalent; Expertise is required in the specific area of Neuroimaging with a focus on Pediatric Diagnostic Neuroradiology.

Provides timely and high-quality pediatric imaging service to patients and our referring clinical services supporting and advancing the clinical services for multiple pediatric subspecialties in the Department of Radiology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Clinical coverage in neuroimaging for both CHOP main hospital and off-site locations primarily during off hours where clinical coverage includes remote reading of imaging, documenting results and responding to consults.
Clinical coverage for neuroimaging studies including CT, MRI and MEF (pending the necessary training) of both inpatients and outpatients including coverage on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nighthawk participation of at least 4 (four) weeks per year at such a time a dedicated to pediatric neuroradiology nighthawk is established.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
