Position Details

Job Title: Penn Medicine Clinician (Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology)

Job Profile: Penn Medicine Clinician

Summary: Provides full-time healthcare services within Penn Medicine's owned or affiliated facilities in the tri-state area, including outpatient and inpatient services as needed. Participates in medico-administrative duties and maintains licensure in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Engages in a minimum of 50 hours annually of teaching or equivalent service, adhering to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Join the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine, primarily at satellite practices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.
• Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Possibility to engage in resident and medical student teaching (not mandatory).
• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to standards of care.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree with at least 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Board certified or eligible in Ob/Gyn, with subspecialty training and certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Maintain Pennsylvania and New Jersey medical licenses, DEA, and CDS licenses.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort

Office, exam, and consultation rooms; safety training required; occasional lifting; standing, sitting, bending, crouching, and stooping involved.

Location & Compensation

Philadelphia, PA. Salary range: $350,000 - $550,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
