Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead sophisticated offensive security operations and advance client resilience against evolving cyber threats. Location: Anywhere in Country.

You will mentor senior and junior analysts, deliver high-quality reports to technical and executive audiences, and stay abreast of threats while representing EY at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years in pen testing.
• Master’s degree with 3-4+ years in penetration testing preferred.
• Experience managing penetration testing projects across networks and apps.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and security frameworks.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements including pen tests and red team exercises.
• Oversee delivery of clear, actionable client reports.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster collaborative culture.
• Stay current with cyber threat trends and industry best practices.
