Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead sophisticated offensive security engagements that bolster client resilience against cyber-attacks. You will guide technical teams through penetration testing, red team and purple team exercises, delivering reports to both technical and executive audiences.

In this role, you will mentor analysts, stay abreast of threats, and represent EY at industry conferences and events, shaping security posture across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related work experience or a Master’s degree with 3–4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience in establishing and managing Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Experience with scripting / programming (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl, etc).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities to enterprise environments.
• Lead teams in penetration testing, red team and purple team exercises.
• Deliver clear, concise, actionable reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative culture.
