Job summary

GLI Secure is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant II to independently lead assessments across networks, systems, cloud environments, and applications. You will simulate real-world attacks, produce detailed reports, and advise clients on remediation and security posture.

You will mentor junior staff, stay current with tools and vulnerabilities, and ensure deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards. This is an in‑office role based in the US with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a related role.
• Penetration testing certifications such as OSCP, eCPPT, or SANS GPEN preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, networks, web apps, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex security assessments for diverse clients.
• Lead engagements end to end, coordinating with project managers and clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and address blockers with clients.
• Present findings to technical and executive audiences; discuss risk ratings and remediation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to testing methodologies.
