Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc. seeks a leader to manage a technical team embedded with a US Government partner site. The role combines individual contributor work, hands-on implementation, and administrative oversight of 10-20 engineers.

You will drive data architecture, records and knowledge management, and data science initiatives. Reporting to the CIO Services Task lead, you will collaborate with PMs for requirements prioritization and reporting, ensuring delivery on mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• Be a US Citizen who actively holds a security clearance at the TS (Top Secret) clearance level or higher
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or Physics
• Minimum five years of post-graduate professional experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams
• Minimum of three years' experience in the last ten years with building, operating, securing, defending, and extending network infrastructure
• Minimum of two years' experience in the last seven years leading and supervising personnel developing and implementing data lakes and other modern data strategies
• Experience as a data scientist, data engineer, or related field
• Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+)

Description

Required Skills/Credentials

• Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT III (e.g., CISSP)

Salary And Other Compensation

The hourly wage range is: $48.08 - $108.17
