Kyndryl is seeking a Cyber Security Penetration Testing Lead to coordinate and govern exposure management and security validation across a complex enterprise. You will work with owners, engineering, risk, and leadership to translate findings into prioritized remediation plans and measurable risk reductions.

You will drive program governance, ensure plans are executed, and collaborate with teams to improve overall security posture in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, vulnerability/ exposure management, or security operations.
• Experience with risk-based prioritization and remediation governance.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk discussions.

• Coordinate and govern enterprise penetration testing, security validation, and remediation activities.
• Drive vulnerability and exposure management processes and track to resolution.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and risk teams to accelerate risk reduction.
• Facilitate remediation workshops, risk acceptance discussions, and retest readiness.
• Report remediation progress and KPIs to technical and executive stakeholders.
