Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a skilled Metal Building Erector Foreman in Abilene, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in pre-engineered metal buildings and proficiency in steel erection and panel installation. This temporary position offers a pay rate of $35/hour plus $130/day per diem for travelers. Candidates must hold an OSHA 30 card and be willing to work Monday through Saturday for a two-month project. Leadership and communication skills are essential.

Trillium is now hiring Metal Building Erector Foreman in Abilene, TX!!

We are seeking an experiencedForemanto lead a crew on a fast-pacedPre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)project. This is a temporary position for the duration of a two-month project. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and highly skilled insteel erection,wall sheeting, andstanding seam metal roofsystems.Will be laying out work for crews, able to read blueprints, work on tools in a man basket in teams of 2.Will be working Monday - Saturday, 50-58 hours per week for 2 months+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings
• Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure quality control
• Interpret blueprints and erection drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Communicate with project managers and subcontractors effectively
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working order
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues as they arise

Pay rate is $35/hour, paid weekly plus $130/day per diem for each day worked (for qualified travelers).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 yearsof experience as a foreman on PEMB projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must have avalid OSHA 30 card (issued within the last 5 years)
• Reliable transportation and valid ID
• Willingness to work 6 days per week
• Must have aerial lift certification and OSHA 30 card in hand and issued within the last 5 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Must wear PPE and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
