Job summary

SOUTHWEST BUILDING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a PEMB Erector to safely assemble, erect, and install metal building systems, roofing, walls, and related components on project sites across Arizona. You will read drawings, follow installation details, and work under a Foreman to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires physical fitness, awareness of safety standards, and willingness to travel with overnight stays as project needs arise.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum six months of construction experience preferred.
Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow installation instructions.
Comfortable working at heights with fall protection.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight as project requires.

Responsibilities

Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems per drawings and specifications.
Install primary and secondary structural components and roof/wall systems.
Read drawings, alignment, and installation details; verify proper fit.
Operate lifts and equipment safely; perform daily inspections.
Maintain quality workmanship and communicate issues to Foreman.
Participate in safety programs and follow PPE and JHA requirements.
