Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Completion of Herman and Wallace Level I or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress and document Home Exercise Programs.
• Execute treatments as promised while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence.
• Provide items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs to patients.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative, community-oriented environment.
