Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in NY.
• DPT degree or Masters/Bachelors in PT or OT.
• Completion of Herman and Wallace Level I or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress and execute treatments.
• Provide Home Exercise Programs and other patient education.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence with 5-star service.
