Job summary

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago seeks a licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy to join outpatient rehabilitation. The role requires evaluating and treating pelvic and orthopedic patients, developing plans of care, and coordinating with physicians for optimal outcomes.

Expect 40 hours/week with two early mornings, two late shifts, and 3–4 Saturdays per year; strong documentation, patient safety, and professional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State license to practice physical therapy.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA).
• 5–7 years of clinical PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret referrals and perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Document care and communicate progress to physicians and team.
• Mentor staff and supervise PT assistants as required.
