Job summary

Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and design comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. The role includes supervising rehabilitation staff and adhering to Mercy Service Standards.

Candidate must hold an Oklahoma PT license (or be registry eligible) with current BLS certification. Six months to one year of PT rehab experience is preferred, with a focus on adult and geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification is required.
• Six months to one year of Rehabilitation PT experience preferred.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.
• Licensure must be active to independently care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act and Mercy standards.
