Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (PT) to join its specialty outpatient teams in Utah and Idaho. The role emphasizes one-on-one, 40-minute sessions within a supportive clinical leadership framework.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course (Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or equivalent APTA Pelvic Health course).
• Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.
• Pelvic health coursework or advanced specialty training (preferred).
• Experience treating pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum conditions, or other pelvic floor disorders (preferred).
• Pelvic health board certification (PRPC or WCS) (preferred).
• Experience with advanced manual therapy, pessary fitting, or dry needling where permitted (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic health PT/OT services in specialty outpatient clinics.
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to patients.
• Maintain one-on-one, 40-minute appointments.
• Support clinician mentorship and professional development.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and program development.
