Job summary

United Future seeks a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join its specialty outpatient pelvic health team as a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (PT). The role offers locations across Utah (Logan, Layton, Murray, South Jordan, Lehi, Provo) and Idaho (Boise, Eagle) with flexible scheduling, one-on-one 40-minute sessions, and a mix of full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1) or equivalent APTA Pelvic Health course.
• Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.
