Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Current valid NJ State Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to restore function and mobility.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Assess patients' history, strength, range of motion, balance, and posture.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient outcomes.
