Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated FULL TIME Pelvic Health Physical Therapist in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate pelvic/orthopedic needs, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care following physician guidelines and professional standards.

We value 1–2 years in pelvic floor rehab and 2 years outpatient practice, with strong manual skills and a willingness to train in Women’s Health certifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY or eligible.
• 1–2 years pelvic floor rehabilitation experience.
• 2 years outpatient experience.
• Women's Health certification is a plus; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs for ortho or pelvic PT and develop treatment plans.
• Provide care per physician plan, policy and standards.
• Manage patient caseload including prenatal/postpartum, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse.
• Perform manual therapy, mobility and strengthening exercises; educate patients and families.
• Instruct caregivers and other staff in PT techniques.
