Mountain Land Physical Therapy, in Ephraim, UT, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Orthopedic team. This role emphasizes pelvic and musculoskeletal care with autonomy and a manageable caseload, offering growth opportunities and strong support from a collaborative team.

The position provides a competitive total income of 90k–105k with a 85k base, a $10k sign-on bonus, $5,250 annual student loan repayment, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with 3%

Total Potential Income (Base + Revenue Sharing): $90,000–$105,000/year

Includes base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings.

Base Pay: $85,000+ depending on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year

The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy, partner company of Therapy West, is a private practice advancing musculoskeletal care by putting PTs at the front of care, supported by diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment.
