Job summary

Lakeview Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our Rehab department. The role provides direct patient care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care supported for some specialties, using a variety of PT techniques to restore function and relieve pain.

Schedule is 1.0 FTE, Tuesday through Friday, four 10-hour days. Requires a Physical Therapy degree (DPT/MS/BPT) and licensure in Minnesota (and Wisconsin) plus current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations; pediatric care for some specialty positions.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and pain relief.
• Perform related duties as assigned within the Rehab department.
• Collaborate with the Rehab team to support patient goals and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy
• Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.

• Recommend membership in a related professional organization.
