Lakeview Hospital is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join the Rehab department. This role provides direct patient care across adolescent to geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. The therapist will use diverse physical therapy techniques to restore function, independence, and pain relief.

Schedule is 1.0 FTE, Tuesday through Friday, 4 ten-hour days. Licensing with MN and WI Boards and current BLS are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy
• Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Apply a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore functional ability and independence.
• Support pediatric care as required for specialty positions and perform related duties as assigned.

Lakeview Hospital is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to work in our Rehab department. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

1.0 FTE

Tuesday-Friday

4, 10 hour days

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy
• Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
• Recommend membership in a related professional organization.
