Talent With Heart is seeking a Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for Boise/Eagle, ID, and surrounding Utah locations. Clinicians provide one-on-one pelvic health therapy in a specialty outpatient setting, focusing on meaningful patient outcomes and collaborative care.

The role offers 40-minute evaluations and treatments, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Full-time and part-time options are available with a comprehensive benefits package and continuous education

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course (e.g., Herman & Wallace) or equivalent pelvic health training
• Strong clinical communication and commitment to individualized care

Responsabilités

• Provide pelvic health rehabilitation in one-on-one sessions
• Deliver evidence-based care for pelvic floor conditions across the lifespan
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers in a specialized outpatient setting
• Participate in mentoring, professional development, and ongoing education
