Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our pelvic health specialty team in Boise/Eagle, ID. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, a supportive leadership structure, and flexible scheduling including four-day workweeks where possible.

Clinicians will operate in a pelvic health clinic with opportunities for career growth into clinical specialist, clinic director, or regional leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Active licensure or eligibility in the applicable state.
• Completion of Level 1 pelvic floor training or equivalent pelvic health coursework.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pelvic health OT care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership for patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in pelvic health.
• Support scheduling and documentation processes.
