Job summary

Holomua Physical Therapy LLC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation. The role focuses on comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities include internal/external pelvic floor manual therapy, biofeedback, and patient education, with documentation in EMR and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Certification or specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation is required.
• Minimum of one year of pelvic floor PT experience preferred; new grads with relevant training considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with pelvic floor dysfunction through musculoskeletal and functional assessments.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum dysfunction, and post-surgical rehab.
• Perform internal and external pelvic floor manual therapy; utilize biofeedback and specialized equipment.
• Educate patients on exercises, behavioral changes, and self-management to improve outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in EMR per regulatory standards.
• Stay current with evidence-based pelvic floor practices and contribute to clinical protocols.
