This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in San Antonio, TX. The Physical Therapist will provide individualized, one-on-one care focused on pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, hypermobility, orthopedic conditions, and women’s wellness. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and progressing evidence-based treatment plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educating patients on movement, self-management, and lifestyle strategies. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with patients to set functional goals, track outcomes, and adjust care plans for optimal progress. Additional duties include maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with referring providers and other healthcare professionals as needed, and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment that aligns with the clinic’s mission and values.
