Dela is a women’s health clinic focused on support and recovery for postpartum and menopausal women. We offer many solutions including, but not limited to, hormone replacement therapy, mental health support, pelvic floor physical therapy, and nutrition counseling. “Dela” in Portuguese means “her”, and this is a place for “her” to receive the support and healing she needs. Our team is dedicated to offering the care, education, and empowerment women need to feel their best at every stage.

Beyond menopause and postpartum support, Dela seeks to be a “one-stop shop” for general women’s health. Patients can come to us for annual check ups, family planning, weight loss, and everything in between. As a startup company, there will be many opportunities to help form and refine the culture and vision of Dela as we continue to grow and help more and more women. Our services will be overseen by two Nurse Practitioners, supported by nurses, dietitians, counselors, and physical therapists. Dela is the premiere location for women’s health.
