Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy in Greeley, CO is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist and Pelvic Floor Specialist for our in-clinic team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and work within a dynamic outpatient setting to improve function and relieve pain.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by CAPTE.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
• Pelvic Floor Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist/Pelvic Floor Specialist, you will evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities. You will develop personalized patient care plans focused on pain relief, restoring function, and promoting healing.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements
• Providing direct supervision and communication with Physical Therapy Assistants and Clinical Directors
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborating with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care

Employment Type & Compensation

Full-Time – Exempt:

$80,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Part-Time – Non-Exempt:

$40.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Up to $22,000, based on eligibility and employment status.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling options:

• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• No weekends
• Typical clinic hours range from 7 am to 6 pm, depending on shift.

QualificationsRequirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• At least two years of clinical experience, preferred

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
• Pelvic Floor Certification
• A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
• A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position
