Job description

About Us

How’s Your Pelvis? Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC is a boutique pelvic health practice rooted in compassionate, evidence-based, whole-person care. We provide personalized, one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy in a private, comfortable, and supportive setting where clients feel heard, respected, and never rushed.

Our mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies, move with more confidence, and feel supported through every stage of healing—from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, endometriosis, fertility support, menopause, core recovery, and more.

About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who is clinically skilled, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized care. This role is ideal for a therapist who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, ongoing learning, and a calm, collaborative treatment environment.

You’ll work one-on-one with clients in 60-minute sessions, creating personalized treatment plans that honor each person’s goals, comfort, and lived experience. We are seeking someone who can hold space with warmth, communicate clearly, and bring both clinical excellence and compassion to every visit.

What You’ll Do

Provide individualized pelvic floor physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions in a supportive, consent-centered environment.

Develop personalized plans of care for clients experiencing pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, incontinence, prolapse, bowel and bladder dysfunction, abdominal recovery, endometriosis-related symptoms, fertility-related concerns, menopause-related changes, and related conditions.

Use a whole-person approach that may include education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, breathwork, nervous system regulation strategies, movement retraining, and home programs.

Prioritize client comfort, informed consent, and clear communication during all assessments and interventions, including any internal pelvic floor examination or treatment when clinically appropriate and agreed upon.

Document care thoroughly and efficiently.

Collaborate with the practice owner and referral partners to support continuity of care.

Contribute to a warm, empowering practice culture where clients feel safe, seen, and supported.

What We’re Looking For

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.

At least 3 years of Pelvic clinical experience treating pelvic floor conditions.

Strong commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive, consent-based care.

Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.

Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative small-practice environment.

A warm, grounded presence and genuine passion for helping people feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic pain, endometriosis, bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse, fertility support, or menopause-related pelvic health changes.

Training through Herman & Wallace or similar pelvic health education programs.

Interest or experience in manual therapy, dry needling, visceral mobilization, orthopedic care, jaw/neck treatment, hypermobility, or whole-body movement approaches.

Experience in a cash-based, out-of-network, boutique, or wellness-focused setting.

Schedule and Work Environment

Part-time position with flexible scheduling.

In-person care based in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

One-on-one, 60-minute appointments.

Private, calm treatment setting with a focus on quality care rather than volume.

Potential to grow hours over time as the practice grows.

Compensation

Competitive part-time compensation based on experience. Additional details can be discussed during the interview process.
