Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Mid Dakota Bismarck 9th St Clinic to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement outpatient care in line with PT standards and Essentia Health policies.

The role balances pelvic floor rehabilitation with general outpatient therapy, requiring licensure in the state and a credentialed PT degree from an accredited program. Clinic hours run 7:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Current physical therapy license in the state performing services.
• Pelvic floor therapy experience preferred.
• PT degree from an accredited program (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including evaluation, plan of care, interventions, education and discharge planning for a full outpatient caseload.
• Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunction with targeted interventions and collaborate with referring providers.
• Handle documentation, billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties for the caseload.
• Communicate professionally and supervise support staff as needed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and Essentia Health leadership to ensure cohesive patient care.
