Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of palletizing equipment principles.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.
• FSSC 22000:2005 knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong communication with team and management.
• Ability to coordinate resources to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Good Housekeeping practices.
• Conduct regular quality checks and meet standards.
• Monitor machine output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Planned to meet production goals.
• Be vigilant of the material and process.
• Fill out production reports with accuracy.
• Perform all tasks with urgency and accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct other duties as assigned by management.
