The role covers startup/shutdown, equipment setup, monitoring, basic maintenance, and record-keeping, with flexibility for overtime. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3-5 years industrial experience, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to operate mobile equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of industrial experience.
• Ability to adapt to team or lone work with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for meeting HSE, quality and production targets.
• Must be able to learn and become certified to operate mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate pellet mills, hammer mills and related equipment to monitor production and quality.
• Follow standard operating procedures for startup, shutdown and normal operations.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform basic maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Complete logs and records of plant checks and readings.
• Covers other positions as needed to meet business needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Record operational data from meters, instruments and gauges.
