Job summary

Mentis in Napa, CA is seeking a dynamic Prevention & Early Intervention Manager to lead the PEI Department within an integrated continuum of care. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, drive program development, and strengthen partnerships with schools and community organizations to ensure equitable service delivery.

The role requires strategic oversight, budget management, and data-driven reporting, with opportunities to advance billable pathways for PEI roles and collaborative ratios

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervising PEI or similar programs in community mental health, education, or nonprofit settings.
• Current licensure in one of the listed clinical disciplines (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/PhD/PsyD).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the PEI division and oversee school- and community-based programs.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor PEI staff, promoting accountability and growth.
• Support grant planning, program design, and long-term strategy for growth and sustainability.
