Job summary

Prismarq LLC is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to drive enterprise-scale Pega solutions. You will lead architecture, design, and delivery in an Agile environment from New York/New Jersey with 3 days onsite.

Required are 8–10+ years Pega experience, CLSA certification, and expertise in PRPC, AI/Decisioning, NBA, and AWS. Contract role with a 12-month term and rates from $75–$95 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• CLSA is mandatory for this role.
• 8–10+ years of Pega experience is required.
• Hands-on Pega PRPC architecture expertise.
• Expertise in Pega AI, Decisioning, and NBA.
• Experience with Pega Infinity/Blueprints and AI features.
• Strong Oracle DB and Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Pega on Cloud / AWS and AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency with Postman and MABL for QA automation.
• Agile/Scrum experience, Jira proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Pega solution architecture for scalability.
• Define and govern Pega architectural standards and guardrails.
• Design case management, decisioning, and integration solutions.
• Architect Pega AI/Decisioning/NBA implementations.
• Drive optimization, automation, and performance tuning.
• Design and oversee REST/SOAP integrations and data architecture.
• Mentor Pega developers and provide technical leadership.
• Conduct design/code reviews and support production issues.
• Act as technical lead in Agile/Scrum teams.
