Overview

Pega Developer with at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment (food, beverage, biotech, or pharmaceutical).

Responsibilities

• Pega Platform & Release Management: Expertise in Pega development, case management, and owning end-to-end release cycles, including testing and deployment.
• Ensure business continuity by acting as the trusted authority for resolving high-stakes production issues and providing dedicated on-call weekend support.
• Serve as the primary contact for data integrity, leading large-scale optimizations (e.g., deleting 2 million records to prevent system shutdowns).
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to write complex SQL queries, accelerating issue resolution and reducing dependency on the database team.
• Own the monthly Pega release cycle, managing all activities from testing with the QA team to final deployment.
