Job summary

Raas Infotek LTD is seeking a Senior Pega Developer / Pega Lead with 12+ years of IT experience to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Pega solutions. You will own hands-on development of PRPC, Case Management, and complex integrations across REST/SOAP and data services.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, and drive performance improvements while working in an Agile/Scrum environment for large-scale applications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Pega PRPC
• Develop and configure Pega Cases, workflows, UI components, data models, and business rules
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into Pega solutions
• Develop and maintain Pega integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, JMS, and other technologies
• Perform configuration, debugging, and performance tuning of applications
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Conduct code reviews and enforce Pega development best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer / Pega Lead with 12+ years of experience in Pega application development, design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, Pega Case Management, integrations, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Pega PRPC.
• Develop and configure Pega Cases, workflows, UI components, data models, and business rules.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
• Develop and maintain Pega integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, JMS, and other technologies.
• Perform application configuration, customization, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Pega development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Experience with Pega Case Management and Workflow.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Rules, Activities, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, and Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Pega application performance tuning and debugging.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise applications.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• Experience with Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, or Pega Decisioning.
• Experience with Pega Robotics or Pega Process AI.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and automated deployments.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Government domains.
