Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Business Architect in Maryland to help transform business processes with BA deliverables, BPMN workflows, and enterprise architectures. You will engage with business and IT stakeholders, craft use cases, and present state/target architectures to support mission-focused digital solutions.

You will work within Pega Delivery Excellence, document requirements, and contribute to journey maps and future-state designs.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating meetings to gather requirements with business, IT stakeholders, and SMEs to satisfy client needs.
• Experience with BPMN and delivering business process flows and use cases.
• Experience developing and presenting BA materials to audiences, such as process models, use cases, BA epics, or journey maps.
• Experience conducting business research and interviews in support of business capabilities and features.
• Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-level applications and platforms.
• Experience with design of complex IT solutions involving multiple software applications, processing platforms, and integration software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree

You Have:

• Experience facilitating meetings to gather requirements that support the business process transformation, in collaboration with the business, IT stakeholders, and subject matter experts ( SMEs ) to satisfy the needs of both the client organization and the customer
• Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation ( BPMN ) and delivering business process flows and use cases
• Experience developing and presenting BA materials to different audiences, such as process models, use cases, business epics, or journey maps
• Experience c ond ucting business research and interviews in support of business capabilities and features
• Experience with the design and implementation of enterprise-level applications and application platforms
• Experience with the design of complex IT solutions involving multiple sof tware applications, processing platforms, and integration sof tware
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Pega Certified Business Architect certification
