- 8+ years using Appian low-code / no-code platforms to create apps.
- 3+ years managing Appian development projects from design to production.
- 3+ years in IT project management and leading agile development teams.
- Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
- Experience gathering client requirements and automating workflow improvements.

As a low-code no-code solution engineer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by develop ing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for a seasoned solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code develop ment platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.
As a lead low-code / no-code solution engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll share your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You’ll use the latest cloud tools as you guide your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge, you’ll work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and develop ment costs.

- 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, develop ing, writing, and implementing sof tware programming applications using Agile met hods
- 8+ years of experience using Appian low-code / no-code platforms, and develop ing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps
- 3+ years of experience managing Appian develop ment projects from design to production
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management and leading agile develop ment teams
- Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web develop ment stacks
- Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
- Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in sof tware engineering in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Agile met hodology, extreme programming, sof tware engineering, product management, and sof tware products

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
