Job summary

A growing software development company based in the U.S. is seeking candidates for a full-time role requiring at least 5-6 years of Pega BPM testing experience. Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, with knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools like Selenium and QTP. Candidates should be U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the U.S. The position doesn't sponsor H1B or OPT-EAD applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Pega BPM testing.
• Experience in QTP, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pega BPM testing effectively as per requirements.
• Collaborate in an onsite-offshore model with diverse stakeholders.
• Prepare test strategies and designs for BPM testing.

Job Description

• At least 5-6 years of experience in Pega BPM testing
• At least 1-2 years of experience in one or more scripting languages or automation tools like QTP, Selenium
• 2 years of experience with HP Quality Center, preparation of Test strategy and Test Design for BPM testing, test execution analysis & reporting.
• 2-3 years of experience with Test Deliveries in an onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
