You will develop supplemental materials, use Zoom and Accudemia, attend trainings, and collaborate with the Tutoring Services team to support student success. This on-campus role values reliability, confidentiality, and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as Kishwaukee College student with at least 6 credit hours.
• GPA of 3.6 or higher in the courses to be tutored.
• Recommendation from instructor of the course to be tutored.
• Dependable, responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Willingness to learn and ability to explain concepts to others.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality one-on-one and group tutoring to all students.
• Contribute to development of supplemental materials for specific subject areas.
• Maintain proficiency in using Zoom and Accudemia.
• Attend trainings and workshops pertinent to tutoring assignments.
• Participate in tutoring evaluation procedures.
